the Vet is only a few steps away from a restaurant (char chan teng) i always go for lunch, so that time since my car parked so near the vet so i though i might as well check it out, it's never too many to know another vet in case of emergencies (given that i was already told by 2 different vet that my dog'd die anytime)

Reception: hi may i help you sir?
Me: oh it's ok i'm just here to have a look
(beagle came in and i was quite amazed by beagle puppies, cute!)
(then i went on to check out the little toys and some cat collars, then the Vet came out)
Vet: hi, do you have a pet?
Me: yea i do, just recently
Vet: (spotted me looking at cat collars) oh is it a cat?
Me: nope it's a dog
Vet: oh i see, those are cat collars (in an "obviously" sort of manner)
Me: i know
Vet: ................................... (i think she probably thought i was in there to kacau... coz her face showed that she's a little puzzled)
Me: my dog is tiny. even smallest dog collars are too big.
Vet: oh... k...

I might be wrong. There is no reliable online-kamus.

Based on google search, I found this:

repek - jika merujuk kepada dewan bahasa dan pustaka
repek merujuk kepada = belum sampai tahap yg melalut, maksud nyer, menghampiri keadaan separa sedar
dan jika ditambahkan kepada imbuhan "me" dari kata dasarnya iaitu repek
merepek bermadsud = mengarut or melalut

and from my search in Dewan Bahasa Pustaka website:

repek /répék/; merepek bercakap yg bukan-bukan; meracau. Kamus Pelajar

But kamus pelajar is not the most reliable kamus for us.

melalut merepek or mengarut also same meaning....ASK ME...i grew up in a malay society and study in SMK...BM A1 punya.....not to be proud but i speak like a malay girl....TEST ME...kakakakakaa

because i grow in Kampung Cina.. I went to chinese class tuition standard 1 during kindergarden.. and I actually attended chinese class up to standard 4 in my srk, weekend class. Not that I stopped, but they started std1 class when ppl std3.. so when i grad std6, chinese is std4 then i never continue lor..
