Cottage of Shih Tzus

ya wor...last nite after i saw the shih tzu in NZX....i feel like mayb mikey can attend the MKA show also ler...coz got shiny coat as well....one thing i feel weird is the owner want to make the shih tzu stand still...thn she hold the shih tzu tail n use the leash to "carry" up n make it stand still....i was like, wow...the shih tzu won't feel pain? or mayb coz of the shih tzu small time...tis is first time i saw mka show...

i think with harness wont feel pain right?i used to pull Amos cos the harness is like holding both Amos hand.

it's not harness...i thk the dog attend the MKA show all using the small type of string on their neck only...thn she juz pull the string n together with the other hand pull the shih tzu tail...like carry the dog up....

Hmm, maybe the shihtzu practice that since small so don't feel anything. I saw many owner do like that to their dog especially show dog. Those in Taiwan shows also like that. It is to make sure their fur don't go messy.

i told my bf if i carry boyboy up like tat, his tail patah...haha

Not used to it. But I never saw ppl do that to shihtzu, I saw on maltese only. Sometimes I also will pull Sushi's tail to drag her come to me. But not force lor. Sometimes she sleep on the floor, ask her come she don't want, then I will just drag her tail :p she also don't care me one, continue sleep..

i saw jenny pull mikey's tail also. kaka. guess nothing gua.

that string is call a "show leash" ...i just asked sean to help me buy one...bcoz i oso wanna try it on mikey...
the show leash i think works jus like a choke collar where owners use to train their dogs on obedience and walking beside their owner according to their owner's pace...

i wanna try for that MKA show for play play de lol...
but then quite expensive oso la =.=
their coat so shiny need a lot of process de lehh...somemore need to straighten de la...a lot of money gone de...so need to consider seriously...
