A PUPPY THAT YOU COULDNT KNOW THIER ORIGIN/ SOURCE? IF DIE AFTER PURCHASE WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE?

PLease Insist For proper documentation if the puppy/ dog is imported from thailand, or other country. Such as Airway Bill, Import and export permit, Veterinary letter and such on.
